Dikafy

Seller guide

How to run your Dikafy store, screen by screen — from creating it to shipping the first order.

Payments

Your store cannot take money until at least one payment gateway is connected. Dikafy does not hold funds for you: you connect your own Stripe / PayPal / Airwallex account, and what customers pay goes straight into it. We are not in the middle, we hold no balance, and we do not pay out to you.

Shipping and tax

These two pages decide the last two lines on a customer's invoice. They are independent of each other but share one principle: unconfigured means zero. With no shipping zones, every order ships free; with no tax rates, no order is taxed. There is no warning and nothing is blocked — orders still go t

Discounts

A discount in Dikafy is described by two independent questions: how the customer triggers it a code, or automatically, and what it discounts the whole order, some products, shipping, or buy X get Y. The two are chosen separately, so all four kinds can be either a code or automatic.

The checkout and post-purchase upsell

Settings → Checkout gathers three different jobs into three tabs, in the order you actually do them: route the customer Zones, decide what they are offered Funnels, then store-wide options Settings.

Orders

An order only exists once the money has really been taken. That is the most important sentence in this chapter, and it explains why the navigation has five pages around the word "Orders" rather than one.

Abandoned baskets and money on hold

Four screens under Orders answer the same question at four different stages: money that should have arrived and has not — where is it?

Draft orders

A draft order is an order you write yourself, rather than one a customer places. It is for phone orders, wholesale, replacing a faulty item, or any deal agreed outside the store that still needs a real order in the system.

Analytics

Two pages: Analytics the store overview and Post-purchase upsell a report of its own for the after-purchase funnel. Both read from real orders rather than from an advertising pixel — so the numbers here are yours, and do not depend on whether customers block tracking.
